The company reached out to me from my application via Indeed, they requested a phone interview as the first step. We scheduled the phone interview within the same week. The interview was casual, went very well and the interviewer was very nice.

Worst experience, literally dont know why they select candidates call and make them wait, do time pass and insult the candidates. They really don't want to hire and even dont listen what a candidate want to express in interview
