Very short and unprofessional. I was referred by an executive staff therefore my process went by very easy however I could still spot many unprofessional approaches during the interview starting from the first moment to the last day of my employment. I left because I was moving away, yet I felt bad for young and passionate group of people who were selected very unprofessionally and put to work with not much guidance and supervision.

Phone interview, interview with HR and then with Nadia and GM. They did a very extensive background search and drug test, which took weeks. A little much for a piddly hotel job!
