Starts with phone screens with leadership. Eventually you'll be called in for a face-to-face interview with leadership and the team you are applying for. Interviewers are generally kind, and have experience with the process.

Gore is big on their culture, and many of the questions will touch on how you've handled particular situations with other co-workers. Additional lines of questioning will require you to recall a specific situation whereby you've identified a problem, and worked through it with successful results.

After initial conversation with HR to move forward with phone interview, took several call back and a months time to get in touch with the Hiring Manager to set up interview. Again, after several calls and weeks finally got hold of HR to check on status. Where they had no record of my interview. Was during the Holidays but very lack luster.
