First a Brief telephone Interview to discuss basic fit. Then a second Personal Interview at one of Gore‘s offices with in-depth questions. Took about 2 hours in total. Overall a quick, Transparent and pleasant process.

As like other said, extremly slow process. Each step took a month at least. Had 3 interview including phone with hr, f2f with peer, skype with manager. All are friendly and reasonable but it feels that they want PERFECT person.
