had a screening with HR to go over my resume/qualifications. Got a call back for 2nd interview - 2hr panel interview broken into 2 sections. Overall not hard questions, very repetitive though (panelists didn't coordinate on who was asking what) Called after the interview to schedule a time to talk, didn't get an offer but gave me feedback and asked for feedback on the interview process. would have preferred an email instead if I'm gonna be rejected.

The interview process consisted of 4 sessions, two minor over phone and two one hour Video interviews with multiple interviewers. Then an offer discussion with HR and standard background testing.
