Recruiter was poor communicator, late, and unprepared. Took 3 days to respond to my availability email to set up the interview. She was then almost 10 minutes late calling me for the phone interview. We started the call talking about work locations, asking me where I live even though it's on my resume and in the portal I filled out for them. Recruiter then didn't know if they had an office located in my state, or if there is an option for this position to be remote after I told her I can't relocate due to family circumstances. The following question she had was if I could work 4 days in the office and if that would be an issue. Please at least come prepared to an interview if you are going to be late.

I had one screening call with HR and then another video call with one executive and the hiring manager. Relaxed environment, questions were tough but fair, and they were respectful of my time, I had my offer within the week.
