I didn't have a nice experience chatting with the WAES team. The first interviewer asked personal questions which made me feel very uncomfortable. They asked if I was single/ married and what I liked to do on my free time/ hobbies. When working in inclusive environments, you learn you shouldn't ask those kind of thinks, specially because of unconscious bias. The second interview was with a psychologist who applied a Personality and Coping tests. I truly believe psychologists test are very useful to complement, but not to reject potential candidates.
