There was very clear communication throughout hiring process. The interview was heavy on behavioral questions in interview, like how you handled certain situations. It was certainly helpful to think of various important situations from my work experience to be ready to explain. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be easy to get along with. It felt pretty low-pressure and was less reliant on explaining your career trajectory.
