I had applied through online and Had two rounds of face to face technical interview and one HR round. I was in my final semester Mtech and interview included deep questioning about VLSI concepts

questions were based on resume and final year Mtech project and about nmos, cmos, inverter circuit, power consumption calculation and minimization .
They mainly asked from my resume, the projects and my experiences in the first round , from the consecutive rounds they asked questions from mainly VLSI and STA. It was fairly basic questions, which included questions on VTC graph of CMOS , explain about setup and hold times and violations that occur.
