Easy interview. Mainly focusing on soft skills rather than technical knowledge for the role. Technical questions were asked but much more simple than other interviews I've had. A lot of the interview was asking the interviewer questions about the position and expectations.

"How would you handle ________ situation and give an example of how you've done so in the past?" type questions.
Applied online, The recruiter scheduled a call a week later and hiring manager round one week afterwards. Did not hear back after the hiring manager round for a few weeks and then got an automated rejection email.
I had probably around 4-5 rounds of interviews spaced over a long period of time. Communication was not great with throughout this process and it seemed like they were dragging it on.
