It was a two-hour interview with the same questions each time. Although everyone was friendly I don't think it needed to be 2 hours long. It could have been shortened given that they all asked the same question "Tell me about yourself".

Had two brief interviews via the phone. The first was with a recruiter and the second was with the lead of the sales and marketing program. Then the last round was six separate 20-minute-long interviews with sales and marketing staff.
