3 steps- all virtual
Meet core team of 4-- CFO, Field Services Director, Workforce Specialist & HR, then re-meet with the 4, then the supervisor and the CEO. No real format other than the first session is 30 minutes with hard stop, next two were undisclosed times but could be up to an hour.
