Started off with a phone interview, then personality test, then an in person interview with two people. Following the in person interview I had to complete an assignment in two days which was really exciting.

2 phone interviews and 1 in person. They offered me a job and i countered with a managerial position which they accepted. They care alot about your why, the reason why you want to work for an NGO and to make sure you're a culture fit.
