Initial call with HR which gave you a brief of the position and why they're hiring. Next in-person interview was with your direct reporting manager and it was very informative. They were willing to answer all my questions especially with regards to the criticism of their company regarding their employees. There was a next interview that involved homework and making a presentation to them but I withdrew my application as I had other opportunities

3-4 week process from application, to phone interview to in-person interview. Not too bad, met great people. The in-person interview was very thorough and you got an idea of what the job would be like. I declined to continue after reading reviews about work environment.
