After applying online, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll hear back in 4 weeks time whether you’ve been shortlisted. The first step is a short 15 minute online interview where you’re asked questions regarding your passion for accountancy. Should you be successful, the second stage is an in-person interview where you’ll have a short maths test (non-calculator) alongside an interview with a senior partner and manager. This process is a casual conversation where you’re asked to cite skills and experiences, and they’ll state their experiences in addition to some information on Wellers.
