Applied online. Recruitment website hasn't been working for a while and no big rush to fix it seemingly. Sometimes you get a call offering an interview, sometimes it's an email. For me it was just one interview, they don't make you do projects, and there aren't multiple interviews, but that probably depends on what kind of job you're applying for. Once I did have to do an online test but that was ages ago. Don't think they do that stuff now. Generally, it's two people interviewing, but I've heard from others that they've had three, again it probably depends on what you're applying for. For admin roles anyway, the interview is pretty easy.
