SCAM! They sent a test first. I think they send it to everybody regardless of what your experience is. I have a very good reason to believe that they send it to everybody to get free ideas even files that are ready to use. It’s a SCAM! Don’t spend anytime and send anything. Waste of time!

The interview was very professional. Nothing about the interview indicated that it was a scam. A design test from employers to help decide who the best candidate is for the position is very common. As someone who was interviewed and did the design test, I have no reason to believe that they're just trying to steal ideas. Aside from that, I can't believe that any employer would go through the very busy process of interviewing several people simply to gain ideas for anything.
