30 minute screen with human resources and then one hour call with an engineer. All people were very nice and supportive. Seems like an okay place to work the people sounded a bit stressed though.

HR call scheduled a call through email first. Asking about past experience, what's your tech stack, availability of hybrid working fashion, Visa status, desired salary, etc. Just simple first round HR reach out.
First round is a screen Interview. Ask some questions about your resume, and then you can ask questions too. Just 30 minutes. The interviewer is nice. Basically it is about experience.
