Pretty quick process, got an offer within a week of the onsite, the entire process took about 3 weeks from the screen to the offer. The team cares a lot about culture fit and self-sufficiency as they are growing rapidly.

3 hour virtual onsite - First hour was a question about developing an API with pseudocode, the second hour was an open-ended system design question, last hour was a culture fit interview.

HR call scheduled a call through email first. Asking about past experience, what's your tech stack, availability of hybrid working fashion, Visa status, desired salary, etc. Just simple first round HR reach out.
First round is a screen Interview. Ask some questions about your resume, and then you can ask questions too. Just 30 minutes. The interviewer is nice. Basically it is about experience.
