Very standardized. They hire in classes, when I was interviewed they were looking to hire 20-30 candidates or so.
Two interviews were scheduled and conducted before an offer was sent via email. The first interview was a quick phone call. The second was a video interview with more in depth customer service type questions.

Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Made sure all questions were answered and didn’t make you feel uncomfortable. I really enjoyed the process and for an interview that’s saying a lot. Prompt and straight forward. Didn’t drag out.
The process is easy. One phone call interview and then a zoom call interview if you go through the process. They are super nice and are willing to be transparent and make you feel comfortable
