The interview was quite fast, I sat 1:1 with the office manager. They described what the position I applied for entailed (i.e. what hours most of the shifts started and ended, that I was expected to arrive 15min earlier to attend the crew's briefing for the day, the uniform I should wear every shift, how to confirm my shifts online, etc.). They also asked me to fill up a few company forms after offering me the position (I got the offer the same day of the interview).

The interview process consisted of three stages: a written assessment, a phone interview, and a final offer. The written assessment evaluated technical and analytical skills. The phone interview focused on communication and experience. Successfully passing both stages led to receiving an offer, completing a structured and efficient hiring process overall.
