Colloquio per Senior Digital Project Manager

      11 lug 2016
      Dipendente anonimo
      Londra, Inghilterra
      Offerta accettata
      Esperienza neutra
      Colloquio facile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso WLT Group (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di lug 2015

      Colloquio

I was approached by a recruiter for this role. There were two interviews, both of which are f2f. The first was with the head of project management who's actually no longer working at Tag. It was very straight forward to talk about past experiences related to digital campaigns, project management and team management. A week later I had my second interview with my line manager, who was managing the department that I worked (the line manager also no longer works at Tag). In the 2nd interview I didn't have to do much, as the line manager pretty much spend the entire interview session giving me a very detailed breakdown on the role. This made me feel as if I was already hired and is taking a brief. Obviously this made me feel pretty good in the rest of session and the interview ended on a high-note. About a week later I have received an offer - which compared to my previous experience was pretty slow. Recruiter updated me constantly telling me they are still trying to make a decision. The offer came back with about 5k less salary than originally informed, and the delay in receiving the offer was mostly caused by internal comms and slow decision making. One thing I've picked up during the interview was that the line manager explained to me there were massive walk outs prior which resulted in my position opening up. This made me feel slightly uncomfortable as mass-walkouts at a work place usually is a bad sign. - This is exactly what happened a year later, ended with another massive walkout from my team. If you are interviewing at Tag for a "large fashion retail account" then please watch out.
