Interview process was more info gathering and character assessment. There was one star question at the end but I enjoyed the candidness of the process. There was 2 gentleman who conducted the interview and they took me out onto the floor after.

Overall Pretty Laxed in sales makes sure to include problems and solutions and overall show confidence and prepare for your interview that is what helped me land thsi role. Make sure you have connections overall i have seen the top performers bring in people and they usually get the job.
It was pretty common interview. They asked a bunch of questions regarding situational behavior examples. "How would you handle x in this situation." Pretty standard and was about 45 minutes long. Be prepared to answer a lot of situational questions.

I had a quick call with a recruiter, then had a meeting with 2 sales supervisors. After that I was supposed to have a meeting with a sales manager, but they weren't available so they scheduled a call. Had the call, and I got the job.
