Had a phone interview, 1 week later had a face to face. Then I was referred to the residential side. I was offered a position bit declined due to me already having a job.

It was straight forward asking about your experience and what your plans, and if you mind working early. Overall very good place to work and awesome staff. I’ve never worked for a place that invest so much in you.

It was laid back and easy going. Just relax and keep safety in mind when answering the questions and have confidence in your ability to do whatever is required of you

Interview was very laid back. Ended up being 2 guys asking me questions. Was initially nervous walking in but quickly got a good vibe and calmed down. Ended up getting an offer email a few days later.
