I was already an employee, which i think actually helped. The interview process was pretty simple and laid back. It probably lasted about 30 minutes. We mostly just did lots of talking in the interview. She did ask me questions regarding my background which actually helped. I had a 2nd interview and got the job.

Went in for an 1 on 1 in person interview with the manager. Interview lasted about an hour. I was advised that I would be contacted within a week with an answer. I never heard back from anyone. I called for a follow up a week later and was told I would hear back within another 2 weeks from the recruiter. Four weeks later and still hadn't heard from anyone. It seems that if an applicant is not chosen for a job offer they will be ghosted.
