1. Face to face with team member (questions were asked about your current profile and why do you want to join WNS)
2. Again F2F with another team member(sql queries and some puzzle.)
3. Excel and aptitude test. (Excel test had 10 questions and they were easy. Aptitude questions were also not so difficult)
4. Face to face with the head of team.(Totally depends on team head. Finally at the end they realised that they cannot meet my salary expectations. They can’t even match my current salary because of the bandwidth decided by the company. )

I interviewed with this company twice and declined both times. The overall process left a poor impression:
1.) Security staff behaved disrespectfully and did not treat candidates with basic courtesy.
2.) HR appeared unprepared, more focused on negotiating down salary than understanding transferable skills.
3.) The manager demonstrated weak knowledge of core processes, which was concerning given the role discussed.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and dismissive of talent. I would not recommend interviewing here, as the culture does not appear to value respect, growth, or knowledge.

I went for walkin interview and it was simple and easy rounds.it took entire days to complete all rounds and there are other rounds for fresher gd one extra round for fresher graduate.
Three rounds
Hr round - Hr will ask u about your self
Typing round - They will test your typing speed
Client round - client will ask you in depth about the process knowledge
