I applied throgh LinkedIn for Sr. WordPress developer position. Interview process consisted of two technical rounds and one HR round. In the first round their technical team asked me questions about technical skills, WordPress plugin development, OOPs concept, after completion of this round, I appeared for a practical test and the last and final round with HR.

Interviewer do not want to hire anyone to save their position, to hide their scam they select you in 1st round then give you super lenthy prectical task which can not be completed by him in given time frame, then they reject Sr. Developer who is working in WP since last 7 years. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
