I had two phone interviews that went great. The first was with two managers and the second was with their manager. I was offered a salary and when I began the negotiation process I was ghosted.
I had two virtual interviews with whom would be my direct managers. They went great so I then had a virtual interview with their boss. I really liked all of them and thought we all got along well.
