Straightforward interview, they're looking for empathy and people who will own up to responsibility and mistakes. The interview asks you to talk about times you encountered difficult customers, and how you solved the problem

Tell us about a time you experienced a difficult customer, what was the problem and how did you solve the problem?
It was pleasant, smooth and easy. Very good and describing your role and possible situations. They were inviting and accepting of my asking questions about the role and answered them very well.
