I applied for the position through the VAB and then talked to the Digital Content Manager over the phone for my interview. It was a very simple, easy, and laid back interview process.

Person who interviewed me let me know what I would be getting into and how I can assist the station. She said they are really big on bringing interns up to eventual full time employees if we work hard and absorb everything like a sponge. That's what I did.
