select from the my university career fair event in the 2023 as a trainee software engineer. there were technical and HR interviews as well. Interview is not hard if you have good knowledge.
2 technical interviews, 2 semi-technicals and a friendly discussion with HR and CEO. Overall looking at DSA solutions, Java, concurrency and OOP concepts. Might ask about past projects or ongoing projects if listed in the resume.

Colloquio
It has 6 rounds of interviews where 4 of them are technical interviews and others are HR related. Overall there is a standardized process of hiring for anyone. First two interviews mostly focus on basic concepts and the projects that we have done. 3rd interviews mostly focus on getting an in deep idea about our understanding on work being done in projects.
Throughout the process, candidates have reported that the interviews are well-structured and transparent, with clear communication from the recruitment team at every stage. The interviews are thorough yet friendly, focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit.
