The interview process was one of the easiest I’ve experienced compared to other jobs I’ve applied to. I applied on Linkedin and received a callback to schedule an interview four days later. My interview was scheduled a week after speaking to a recruiter. On the day of my interview I was interviewed by two managers and my interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was told I would hear back within a week, but I received an offer that same day.

The interview process lasted around 1 hour. They had me shadowing a lady doing CSR work. Then, I proceed to the interview. They asked me around 18 questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. They people interviewing me were polite.
It’s not a difficult interview. Be sure to highlight your customer service experience in the form of STAR method. Situation, Task, Action and Result, this will highlight your skills and abilities the best.
