Consisted of two interviews. One being a brief phone interview with the HR, and the second with the immediate manager and senior project manager. Not too lengthy of an interview, but highly prioritizes technical skills. Also if you're applying for a design position, a master's degree is a great asset, although not absolutely necessary.
