Colloquio
I did a 15 minute video interview. A question is asked, and I then had 30 second to prepare an answer, followed by a maximum of 1 minute to record my answer.
I was then put forward to an assessment day. The assessment day involved a presentation, a networking/Q&A session, a short interview about my motivations and aspirations and a fairly open ended technical question about the design of a structure.

It was a 30min virtual interview with bridge engineers. They did not asked technical questions about the course work or software at this stage. The questions were easy yet tricky.

My interviewer went through his list of questions. Mostly behavioural - asking how you'd deal with stakeholders and how you'd manage tasks etc. You need to sell yourself. Don't forget to think in advance what makes you stand out from other candidates. Got the offers from other companies first so I withdrawn

First step: Video interview which included a set of questions with timed responses.
Second step: Face to face interview with two members of the team I would join if successful.
