Interview process was very simple, HR person called me for an initial phone interview, and based on my exposure in the civil engineering field and the projects I worked for it was very straight forward. HR was satisfied. However, priot to the interview with MMM I was already interviewed 3 times directly with TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) thru another consultant for the employment with TYSSE subway extension project, however TTC senior managers refer me to work with their construction dept. instead of TYSSE, so I was actually pre-selected by TTC and they sent me to MMM to decide for the salary and other benefits etc.
