The first interview was by phone with an HR representative, the second with the hiring manager, and the third with the manager and director. The first two interviews seemed to be largely regimented with template questions. The final interview was more casual.

In the 30 minute Zoom interview, I was not asked one question. The interviewer talked solely about their job, and about the position expectations. At the end of the interview I was asked if I had anything to ask, and I used that opportunity to detail as much of my work experience as possible, however the interviewer did not appear interested. The salary offered was significantly lower than living wage.
