Challenging approach to interviewee in terms of your experience, expected salary, even the job title. Not a good conversation and you will feel like the supervisor is hard to work with

I contacted a hiring manager through linkedin for opportunities and about a month later received an interview request. The interview was with two people online, it was friendly and easy to generate discussion rather than fixed Q&A. They explained the job role clearly and the processes of progression as I was mostly interested in hearing about this. All my questions were answered and I found I got subtle feedback throughout the interview after their questions. A verbal offer was given 2 days later and the official offer a week from the interview date.
