I appiled online and heard back within a month for bridges department. Sat down with my manager and talked about the summer projects and school work. Discussion included interests and career goals.

2 Round interview one with Engineers and one with project team leads first round was more technical second round was more behavioral and gettting to know team leads and project managers
Interview with WSP was based on communication and collaboration based questions. It focused on walking through my resume and talking to multple team members about my past exeriences and future goals
