The process began with an initial call with their internal recruiter asking predominantly about my experience and I was then invited to a face-to-face interview with the team lead and 2IC at their office.

First I had an interview with recruitment team and then in the second stage I had with team leader and project manager. The interviewer was so serious and without any eye contact. I was not satisfied.
