This would depend on the WSP location. Several weeks ago, I had an in-person (final round) interview and never heard back from the talent acquisition or the hiring manager. Please note I contacted two people within WSP for updates but received no response. I recommend avoiding the Portland, Maine location as their corporate culture is not the best based on my experience. Granted, it is unfortunately the norm for companies to "ghost" candidates they don't want, but when the person is taking time off their current job, prepping for the interview, and driving to the location, then it's very disrespectful do not have any follow-up.
