The selection process consists of two stages. The initial stage involves completing a series of online logical question sets. The second stage is an in-person interview conducted by two senior engineers. During the interview, no technical questions will be posed; instead, it will focus exclusively on standard interview questions. As such, candidates can adequately prepare for this stage in advance.
