They make you do the virtual one way interview. Not communicative at all. They also make you do cognitive and behavioral exams. I found that they send it out to everyone who applies; it almost seems like they are just collecting data.

The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, next interview was with the direct manager, and then the manager above that direct manager. After the third interview it took nearly a month to get back to me with a blanked we went with someone else. The second interview was highly unprofessional as he was 10 minutes late, and then told me to be "more punchy" with my responses because he had another meeting.

Very clear communication, quick responses, realistic timeframes and engagements. Recruiter was helpful and supportive. Ultimately the package was well represented. It was refreshing to discuss early on the package value and suitability to the position and market, without feeling the recruitment team were looking to present huge numbers of CVs.
