Hiring process was in a group setting they explained what to expect from the company and went over pay.. they also asked if there was any questions we had. This was unlike any other interview Ive ever been too and to be honest it wasn't an interview at all but this was back in 2014 now they are asking questions and doing one on one interviews

Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
