Personal Interview and then Telephonic rounds for voice and Accent. After the selection process, pre-employment verification and medical tests has to be conducted. Then training given and also certification was made to improve the knowledge of Insurance.

Applied online and contacted by the HR; very lengthy process with silence for about 3 weeks in between. Interviews are easy and standard. Communication with candidates can be better, overall okay experience.
