I had a long but rewarding interview process. It started with the offshore manager contacting me through email, had to answer an essay and wait for the response if I got through or not. Next was the recruiter interview over the phone. Afterwards, I had an interview with the offshore manager based in UK through video conference and an interview with the onshore team shortly after. I thought the process would end there but the team requested for me to come up with a marketing campaign and had to present it over the phone with the onshore manager. I was informed, a little over 2 weeks, that I got the post but this is where the long wait happened. It took us to a little close to a month to come up with the offer and a week to do the job offer. Again, the whole process was lengthy but all worth it.
