There was no interview. Group listened to 20 minute orientation by human resources employee. Group then individually took on line test on (a) Windows 7 and MS Office skills and (b) business communication. Customer Service Representatives were included in same orientation and test. Employment started with two weeks of training for ADP and three weeks for CSR.

It was pleasant, Classroom setting, and moved to individual cubical to fill in applications. wait for emails, and complete and wait for further instructions, and if you have to change your dates... You are are talk down too, like a child.
