I just had 2 phone interviews. they went with another candidate, but the people I spoke with were very nice and seemed interested to future open roles that may be a better fit.

Extensive procedure with online tests and an online recorded interview. In total it requires at least a few hours of work before you make it to an actual interview, but everything is very clearly explained, and the steps are logical. All in all it was a good procedure, and seemed very thorough
