first hr by phone then an interview with local sr management in order to do a business case
I also had the opportunity to meet the future colleagues
4 entrevistas con dirección de linea de negocio, compañeros de equipo y equipo al completo, También un business case de compensación y análisis de una gráfica de salarios. Otra última entrevista puramente relacional apra conocer al equipo.

Colloquio
Case interview: Candidates are presented with a business case study. We are tested on our problem identification, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fit interview: Conversation with the hiring managers to evaluate how the candidates could fit in the team.
Two rounds one with hiring manager and second with the director. First was contact by the recruiter then had my first round. of interview set up. It was seamless process.
