Colloquio
The first interview was an online pre-recorded one. You had a few seconds to read the questions and then you had to talk for a minute or two while you answer. Afterwards, there was a writing task where you have five minutes to answer the question (while the camera is still running).
While it's a good way of sorting through lots of candidates, it's also not a great way to interview because of the lack of one-to-one. It makes it harder to perform as you feel like you need to be pre-rehearsed.
