Applied online, and got an email to schedule a pre-recorded interview in which I answered questions and did a few games I think to assess IQ or something. Two weeks later, I received an email from the hiring manager asking to schedule interviews with the team. There were three more interviews that followed over video calls. For the first one, I was provided a case to analyze and present my findings/solutions to the team. The second interview was with someone else from a different state and office. It was only one person who had been working at the company for over 20 years. It was much more intimate than the first and I felt I was able to emphasize my strengths. In the third interview, I met with a few other team members and they asked some questions about my interview process thus far. I really liked how I wasn't asked the same questions in each different interview, they all had different things to talk about and learn about me and my qualities.
